重现步骤

我的是地区选择，第一次通过程序设置value值（区县代码）后，点击控件打开Cascader，控件可以定位到具体的区县，第二次再通过程序设置value值后，点击控件打开Cascader，控件的标题是对的，但是数据展开还是第一次的。

截图第一次设置的是河北省沧州市肃宁县，第二次设置的是北京市东城区

期望结果

value更新后，数据的展开应该对应
