vConsole Version: v3.15.1

开启network面板，会导致 wasm 文件加载两次，严重影响加载效率

本来要检测 wasm 加载时间的，结果还不能开 network。。。

而且在一台安卓6的老vivo手机自带浏览器上，还报一堆vconsole的错
