更新远程插件包源管理里的主包源时，发现报错

初步排查是按照主包源名称来判断唯一，但是界面允许添加同名包源（包括大小写不同的情况）
操作发现接口传入了多个同id但是不同名称的数据

重现方法

测试数据和步骤如下：
添加主包源然后保存，名称：VM_plugins，其他数据任意
编辑主包源，新增一条数据，名称：VM_plugins，保存报错
编辑主包源，新增一条数据，名称：VM_PLUgins，保存报错
