CBS存储，旧节点异常，比如docker挂了，网络挂了，无法unattach情况下，新节点无法attach cbs

CBS不支持同时挂载到两台CVM上，可以删除旧POD，等待Kube-controller强制detach或者手动detach CBS即可。

这样会延长故障恢复时间
