Problem description

Bootstrap takes forever to install, and then says it failed

Steps to reproduce the behavior.

Install latest Termux:Monet
Start the app
Wait for it to install the bootstrap package...wait forever.

What is the expected behavior?

Install and open the app instantly.

Note

I tested latest stable upstream Termux app from GitHub before posting this issue.
That took 10 seconds at max to install bootstrap.

System information

Termux Monet version: v0.119.0-b1-36
Is Nightly or Stable?: Stable?
Android OS version: Android 9, One UI 1.1
Device model: Samsung Galaxy J7 Core
