Right now TB2::History->consume will not work when event storage is off. Its totally possible it could work.

Rather than replay all the events, it would have to add all the statistics from the old history to itself. This includes...

  • Adding all counts to itself
  • Copying special events like the plan, subtest, test start, etc...
