Update link from WormBase to go to celegans.textpressocentral.org ?

The current link out from the WormBase tools menu takes users to the general TPC site.

Do we want to start sending users to the dedicated C. elegans TPC site?

If so, I'll put a ticket into the WB website tracker, as it'd be nice to have this done before next week's WB webinar.

Also, would it be possible to put some text on the C. elegans TPC landing page so users know where they've landed? The URL gives an indicate, but they might not look there.
