Describe the solution you'd like
Support for the thirdparty plugin GriefDefender [Spigot] [Git]. Originally requested by Darious_Vrex on Discord.

Additional context
Generalizing region providers might be helpful. Not only for this specific case, but also for other WorldGuard alternatives like GriefPrevention etc.

Baisc structures and a first Prototype of the WorldGuard region provider have been implemented.
Current Todos:

  • Testing of the implementation and the WorldGuard provider
  • Implementation of GriefDefender support (provides flag support)
  • Implementation of GriefPrevention (optional, research needed)
