Update WI THAT logo to correct logo now that we have our root page.

Note: the header that layout uses is used across all non-one-day events. Meaning it will display for TX right now too. This will be more than a swap of logos, but need to have some logic that will display correct logo for correct event.

@csell5 do you want this logo used for TX right now? Or do you have a TX specific one to use?

Also, for the partners pages this logo displays in white. As long as we stick to SVGs we can copy as a new svg file and update the fill.

Maybe we hold off, and just try to rework this nav completely.. it's just super confusing right now.
