Graphic on become a parter page has a white background instead of transparent.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://www.thatconference.com/wi/2021/become-a-partner

Expected behavior
Image should have a transparent background so that it can be placed within colored sections.
