Replace LT-planner functionality with generating planner with options

The current LT Planner tab is much less useful than expected, so it's worth replacing, and one way to do that, which would still allow using it the same way if someone wants to, is adding a way to replace the contents of a planner tab with an auto-generated planner list. Examples: all servants with current stats, all servants with 6/6/6 skills, all servants with max level, only 4-5* servants, etc.
