Allow user to not update database

Sometimes the user wouldn't want to wait for the whole database update to take place after every little thing, so there should be a dialogue box first where they can decide if they want to go ahead with it. If they don't, the app should just use the already cached data where it can, and only download data for individual servants that are not in the cache already. This will be even more important when tools other than the planner are implemented, especially things that don't require DB data at all.
