Bug: pool 0 in Tomochain showed only after refresh.

Describe the bug
After successfully creating a new pool, new pool will not show up unless user reloads the page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new pool.
2. Finish transaction with metamask.
3. Check if new pool is listed when bottom message says "New Pool Added!"

Expected behavior
New pool should appear.
It can be achieved by adding js to reload pools list from infura when user successfully creates a new pool.

it's only for the first pool, as I know about it.
how long did you wait until the refresh? there are 2 blocks to confirm.

It was about 10 seconds.
I guess if it's only for first pool it won't be a big problem.
