OnDropAction=[&Foo:Bar()][!UpdateMeterImage][!Redraw] doesn't work, but LeftMouseUpAction=[&Foo:Bar()] works on the attached image meter.

Further, OnDropAction=[&Foo:Bar()][!UpdateMeterImage][!Redraw] doesn't do anything at all, while
OnDropAction=[!UpdateMeterImage][!Redraw][&Foo:Bar()] successfully completes the first two commands but never reaches the final one.
