/bq_admin default load returns "Database not found"

Quest book is empty, /bq_admin default load returns "Database not found", looking in folders, QuestDatabase.json is present

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Step one
2. Step two...
   Not sure, I'm on the newest version, happens every time I start a world, cannot avoid it. Haven't found a way to fix it yet.

Have the same problem. just started playing it and there is no quest to do. does anyone know how to fix it ?
