Cannot break Razor Wire

This pack is dead as a doornail, so I'm posting this as a PSA for anyone who might still want to play this:

You might get Industrial Engineering Razor Wire from a loot crate or a lootbag. Don't place it until you unlock the Engineer's Wirecutters! You won't be able to break it again.

If it's too late, you can fix it with cheats:

• Open to LAN, gamemode survival cheats enabled
• switch the gamemode to creative in the console (/gamemode 1 I think?)
• break the razor wire
• (optional) add one back to your inventory
• switch back to survival (/gamemode 0)
• save and quit
