[Feature]: Packing Tape Mod

Struggling to move full sophisticated storage containers, usually there's a packing tape mod or something that goes along with this.

it is in the modpack its part of sophisicated however theres is no crafting recipe and many of the cool barrels in the mod dont have recippes and the tier system is off it immeditaly jumps to steel and when i looked into creative there is a bronze version that is inbetween basic and steel that the dev add himself but for some reason it isnt used at all
