Issue Summary

Drawing EU from universe background radiation?
Seems like LV 4x Turbo Charger draws power from background radiation. Because it charges item without any wires attached to it. Idk how

Reproduction steps

1. Craft LV 4x Turbo Charger
2. Place it in the world
3. Throw something chargeable in it
4. BOOM, you charging items from thin air
