[Bug]: No recipe for Charged Certus Quartz Crystal

Issue Summary

I tried to make a fully automatic certus quartz farm and the fixer needed charged certus quartz crystals, ae2 doesn't event report it as existing, but it in fact exists in the creative menu.

Error produced in the guide book:
Couldn't find recipe for ae2:charged_certus_quartz_crystal mdxJsxFlowElement (22:1) <RecipeFor id="charged_certus_quartz_crystal" />

Reproduction steps

Craft fixer, can't put in charged certus quartz hold g on fixer. Says it needs a charged certus quartz crystal, search those in ae2, they don't exist, change the world im in go into creative, search creative menu and they exist, press r to check recipes nothing happens, hold g on keyboard to check the guide book and the recipe error appears, and the method on how to usually make the crystal
