Issue Summary

I intended to craft the 64 amp UHV substation dynamo when I noticed it would not craft. Then I noticed it was missing the small spring that it needs to craft.

UHV
UEV
UIV

Reproduction steps

Tried to craft UHV Power transformer
Looked at similar recipes of the same item but different tier
Noticed small spring missing
