[Feature Request]: Add in check for Bowser in the Sky Final Star

Description

Right now, there is no way to check if you have enough moves to get to the final bowser fight to finish the game.

Proposed Solution / Enhancement

Add in the star to the bowser in the sky section, just like the keys for previous bowser fights in their sections, using RBman's logic for finishing the game. I.E. (need climb and either (side flip and ledge grab) or (triple jump)) or (need triple jump, wall kick, and ledge grab)
