[Feature] Separate 'Heater status change' notification into 'Reached Target' vs. 'Cooldown'

I would like to know when my heating has timed out and the plate has cooled back down -- either so I can turn heater back on or sometimes so I know it is finally cool enought to remove objects.

I am less interested in knowing when the heater has reached its target since that almost always happens within a couple of minutes of me turning it on and regardless, printing proceeds automatically once the target is reached -- so no need to know when it happens.

By contrast, the "cooldown" timing is less obvious and more deserving of a reminder in my mind.
The UI could be like with "Printer status change" where there are a couple of sub-status's that can bre toggled.
