Issue:
Followed installation instructions and started FLServer, no FLHook terminal/console appeared, no FLHook.json file, connected to server and no perceivable changes or reponses to commands like /help. Restarted server again still nothing. Double checked dacomsrv.ini and location of dll files and plugins. Installed FLHook on my local machine freelancer install and had no issues, FLHook immediately appeared after starting FLServer, FLHook.json etc. Went back to the server and checked event viewer for failed application messages, nothing, checked FLServer console for failed to load dll messages, nothing. Installed Agency FB fonts, still nothing. Reinstalled VC_redist.x64, nothing. Installed VC_redist.x86, boom FLHook immedately appeared on FLServer start.

OS: Windows 10 (Tiny10)
Environment: Virtual Machine
Install: Freelancer folder copied from another machine, not installed directly

Recomendation: add a little note about needing VC_redist.x86 installed for FLHook in Installation readme section.

Duly noted. The readme is slated for a total rewrite in the coming version, we'll incorporate this then.
