FLHook 4.0 hardcodes FL's server data to "My Documents" instead of using localized directory name

I just spent about half an hour trying to find my save games until I saw that FLHook 4.0 throws every FLServer data to "My Documents". On a system which isn't english however, this is not the default location for Freelancer to save its savegames to.
