Rudimentary rumble support would be quite nice, as currently the only option we have for rumble on Linux is through Steam's Big Picture Mode using their driver. Something akin to BetterJoyForCemu's implementation, perhaps?

yeah I found a way to activate the rumble, even at arbitrary frequencies and in three intensities.
However, as far as I remember the whole thing was kind of hit and miss and didn't work reliably. But all in all probably doable.

I might look into this in a few weeks when I have more time.

Appears that this project has been dead for quite a long time, and Steam's pro controller implementation has matured a fair bit so I'd just use that now if possible
