Search / Icon Category elements positions top or bottom

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We can set the icon category to be either top or bottom.
The searchbar position is related to icon category's :
If category is top => search is bottom and vice versa.
But we can't set the searchbar position

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to be able to set the searchbar position top or bottom like the icon category bar.
And do the necessary to support both searchbar and category position to be setted top or bottom
