New feature: Add a "reason" to Archive button

Reasons you'd archive a project: "it's a duplicate", "it's a company", "it's not a digital work", "this is spam"

Reasons you'd archive a maker: "it's a duplicate", "this is not a person"

Reasons you'd archive a role: "not a collaboration" (ie, "I am a fan" isn't a role)

Should we use a button dropdown here? http://getbootstrap.com/components/#btn-dropdowns
