auto generate missing yaml files

As a develeoper, starting a new method in a new namespace, I have to create all those __namespace__.yaml, __class__.yaml and <methd_name>.yaml files.

Those file aren't that complicated to automatically generate, so this might be a useful feature for folks working exclusively in git. (at least a baseline version that can be modified). We already do this for domain.yaml anyway
