As a trading platform
I need to migrate to the Görli testnet
So that we can leverage it's support and ecosystem.

Details and Assumptions

Acceptance Criteria

Given Otomee's testnet currently runs on Rinkeby
When the platform is used
Then it should run on Görli instead.
