New Insights - charts appear but empty

Live Insights - charts are hidden:

Ideally the map would be hidden as well as the charts.

Ideally all the charts with no data would either be hidden or state there's no relevant data

Discussed with @KDuerden that they should be hidden if they're not relevant at all e.g. organisation age/income/type when there are only grants to individuals, but state there's no relevant data when there could be data but isn't any e.g. programmes, locations
