Can we tell a user what has changed between update cycles of their data?

When doing the workflow of:

Submit file - > Respond to feedback / Edit file -> Submit file

Can we tell a user what has changed in terms of feedback items between update cycles? e.g. "10 validity issues now fixed! 3 remaining" Something encouraging and giving positive feedback that the tool is "seeing the fixes".
