An interface for OCR project, so that the user can use it easily.
Goals:
-Must be able to go through file explorer:
-Load button (chargement d'image)
-Save button (pour sauvegarder le OCR output a la fin)
-Grayscaling button
-Binarization buttons (Otsu and Bradley separate buttons so that the user can choose the best option) (don't forget tp Grayscale first before binarization)
-Automatic rotation, and also manual degree rotation
-OCR activation button
