[BUG] New Plugin Translation Mechanism Breaks Server Dropdown

I did just translate the menu-bar plugin. To test I needed to switch to German.

• But now the Server dropdown is broken.
• @linonetwo -- It does not fall back to English texts

The problem here is, that plugins are broken for every language which has no translation, or where translations are incomplete.

Seem to be bug in lingo, it should fallback the transclusion, not only the language name. I will try fix this tomorrow.
