[NIMBUS] [BUG] Outdated and broken documentation regarding Calendar Modal with Range Selection

🐛 Describe the bug

In the Calendar documentation, the snippet code for the "Modal with range selection" is broken and, when fixed, doesn't work as consistently as it should.

✅ Expected behavior
And up-to-date documentation with a working example. This includes the range selection, which is not consistent on the current component.
