Not really expecting support on this, but figured I would make an issue regardless for when Window 11 gets official full release. I am currently running the insider build of Windows 11 and after a few minutes the taskbar randomly reappears. I don't believe anything specifically triggers it to happen and happens with or without any interaction. Toggling work mode on and off re-hides the taskbar, but then after some time the taskbar will pop back up.

I found that enabling the option Personalization -> Taskbar -> Taskbar behaviors -> Automatically hide the taskbar is a temporary workaround for this issue.
