Move towards exporting methods as functions.

The primary intention is to have multiple methodologies which each do different things in their own right, but ultimately reach a similar conclusion. Testing their results and Benchmarking their times will help decide which one to focus on.

Methods

• role-bid = referring to how each player bids their chance (with any scrolls they have active) to get the offered role.
• reducing-stock = referring to how a commerce store runs low on it's stock before there's nothing left.
• I had a 3rd one... but it doesn't come to mind at 3am...

In all methods, there is always a player that gets the runt of the pack (the last role) - that's just how it is.
