Add option for high-active contactor check.

Currently, the contactor check assumes a low-active signal at input 3, which requires a normally closed contactor add-on. A configuration option should be added to support high-active signals for the contactor check so that normally open contactor add-ons or the unused phase of a three-phase contactor can be used.
