problem with configuration

Hi,
I have a problem with my configuration json file. I have two file, with two runs a day; One for start at 6.00AM to download file and run gfs.YYYYMMDD00 (24.json) and another to run at 06.00PM to download file and run model gfs.YYYYMMDD12 (12.json). The first no problem (download and run model perfectly), the second run failed and I don't know the problem, the file download correctly but the run script failed. Can you support me? What's is my mistake? Thanks. I attach all file.
