2. Dropbox directories to be changed to local network directories (i.e. //tua1-fileserver//shares//.... )

3. Main.py takes 4 arguments:
	- Local input directory
	- Local output directory 
	- Local network input directory 
	- Local network output directory 

4. Changes in the colourmap limits frameMin/frameMax on the Raspberry Pi may require changes to be made to the threshold limit (Default: 200, OpenCV.py)

5. Pass/Fail limit can be altered in Limits.txt and is measured in pixels
