Feedback on 06_scipy:

need to add %matplotlib inline for plotting
bug: tol doesn't work for optimize in all python versions

Feedback on 07_plotting_and_images:

need to add %matplotlib inline for plotting
add comment distinguishing subplot from subplots
suggestion: Add seaborn
