Unable to install using Anaconda

Hello,
I'm trying to install CustomTkinter on Mac M1 Max using Anaconda.
I have Python 3.11.5 installed.

I get the following error when trying to install:
"UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found to be incompatible with each other:
Output in format: Requested package -> Available versions"

I can't find a solution online.

Update:
I get the same error both on Mac & Windows.

When I try to install using Conda command, I get the error mentioned earlier.
In Pycharm using "Python Package" -> PyPi -> Install CustmTkinter, succeed and the package works.

I'm not knowledgeable with the Conda package installs, my assumption is that something is broken with the Conda installation.
