Table generator

It could be nice to add the option to generate a table (and then re-format it).

This is a cool idea, could be made to flow very nicely with a shortcut and a context menu item which would open a prompt where you could just type wxh (e.g.: 2x2) and it would generate a table of that size where the caret is.

I've put this extension on hold for a little bit, but I like this idea. When I get back to maintaining my VS Code extensions, I will be sure to include this suggestion and let you know.
