Ionic 8 support

👋 Hi! Thanks for this great package. Are there plans to upgrade to Ionic 8? It seems this project is pinned to 7.

When I ran npm create ionic-svelte-app@latest, I still got Ionic version 7, but I was able to manually update the package.json to Ionic 8.
