Change your minecraft client language. If you want to translate things do so on https://crowdin.com/project/siegewar

All this is awarded , but it does not apply and remains by default

To check which language was used at all, I changed the color of the plugin prefix to red and nothing happened, it remained standard.
Roughly speaking, I can't change or add a language

You are able to change languages by editing the files in the towny\settings\lang\override\ folder, not the reference folder. I believe this is explained in the config.

Edit: For siegewar this would be siegewar\settings\lang\override\.
