You should file an issue ticket and not skip the form. I would guess you didn't follow the install guide. |

The nation sieges a town. If you don't have a nation, you cannot start a siege. |

I just don't understand what the requirements of the nation need to declare war. I have created 2 cities and 2 nations. There are 2 people in each city. Issued the maximum levels of nations and cities and still does not plow. |
