Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

This works as either an addition to regular towny or as a sponsor plugin. The basic idea is that when a town runs out of money and is not reclaimed within the allotted timeframe instead of becoming a ruin it goes into an auction state where other mayors and townless players can bid on the town via a silent auction.

More Detail:

  • Time limit of 24 hours (configurable)
  • Each time a new highest bid is reached the time limit resets to 24 hours.
  • Bid cooldowns of 6 hours (configurable)
  • Players place bids on the town, but are not able to see what other players have bid. The only information provided is if the player has the highest bid or not.
  • Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted or lowered
  • If the winning player is a mayor the town is merged into their town ignoring normal merging rules (configurable)
  • If the winning player is townless they become the new mayor (could also allow normal residents of towns to bid, if they win they leave their town and become mayor)
  • If there are no bids the town is deleted OR becomes a ruin (configurable)

Let me know if there is any more information I should add!

Man this would be a very good addition!! Gives another way of acquiring towns after they fall/become a ruin!!
