Bug in the Map

I’m trying to play this modpack, but I’m having an issue. I download it, open the game, and reach the main screen, but when I try to create a new world, it always bugs out. I've tried everything, even reformatting my computer, but every time I start a new world, it begins to load, stays at 0%, and never changes. I once left it loading overnight, and it stayed at 0% the whole time. The phrase below the loading bar changed, so it seems like it didn’t crash, but it just wouldn’t load.

I’m asking for your help, and if you don’t know how to solve it, I’d like to know if you could provide me with a download of the modpack map. Like, a fresh map that hasn’t been explored. Maybe with a ready-made map, I could get it to work.
