Stuck at 38%

Hi, I've been having this issue for a while now I really wanted to try this modpack but I always end up stuck at 38%. I dont know what's the problem, my launcher or my pc. Can anyone help this?

Firstly, send a crashlog with this tool: https://mclo.gs/.
It doesn't reveal your personal information, and it's easy to share minecraft logs/crashlogs/errors.

Try installing a fresh instance of the modpack in the curseforge app. I can see you're using Tlauncher.

Sometimes, making sure you play the 1.18.2 Minecraft version at least once from the Minecraft Launcher can help too, id advise listing details regarding your launching issues.

Also don't remove/add any mods btw, it can definitely mess up the modpack.
