Describe the bug
Because of the static date the browserstack tests are failing

[Windows 7, Internet Explorer 11.0] Error: "should localize the time" failed, Expected ' lat temu' to contain ' lata temu'.

[Windows 8, Chrome 81.0] Error: "should localize the time" failed, Expected ' лет назад' to contain ' года назад'.
