RL Tray Notifications causing large framerate drops when alt tabbed

Love the plugin but i've noticed that when the plugin's alert triggers it cause the games fps to drop to 20-30 for a few seconds before recovering when the Runelite application is not in focus. but has no fps impact if the game is focused. when using two monitors its very noticeable when it happens.
